BORING MOMENTS

In those moments

Of silence and loneliness

When ears are saturated with speeches

When steps falter

And feelings are gone

That is the right time

To think about your past, present and future

To recall the blessings of God upon us

To embrace great role models

To recall those friends –

Who have done much

Without saying “thank you”

In those silent moments

That many define as boring

You can sour above yourself

And reach beyond the horizon

If those moments of boredom

Were used – beneficially

How many heroes and heroines –

Can be made from ourselves

It’s those moments of boredom

That maketh a difference in life.
